Corporate Accounts


Overview

Corporations planning to use Templer Holdings' clearing services are required to complete an Templer Holdings Trading Agreement. To open an Corporate account, download the Templer Holdings Trading Agreement, and fax the necessary pages to +1-284-494-4643. A minimum deposit of $300 is required for a FLEXI contract.

Templer Holdings requires a copy of 2 forms of identification in order to approve your application. One of the forms of identification must contain your address as represented on the Templer Holdings Trading Agreement. The copies should be faxed with the ID Fax Cover Sheet to +1-284-494-4643.

Funds to open an account can be deposited by wire, by check or through electronic payment by Paypal. Funds received by wire are placed in the account within one business day of receipt. Certified, personal and cashier's checks are also deposited in the account within one business day of receipt. PayPal will deduct a fee for funds transfer from the amount sent. Once funds are placed in a new account, Templer Holdings provides login information to the trader via email. For additional information on depositing funds click here

As a corporate account, please provide Templer Holdings with the following:

  • The authorized individual (Corporation Director) must complete and sign all necessary pages of the Templer Holdings Trading Agreement, including customer information, FX agreement, and the risk disclosure acknowledgement.

  • Corporate Resolutions (2 pages of Templer Holdings Trading Agreement). Please be sure to affix corporate seal of Corporation. Also, be sure to sign the Personal Guarantee as an individual guarantor is signed.

  • Corporate documents, including (a) certificate of incorporation and (b) articles of organization for corporation indicating authorized director(s) of the corporate entity.

  • A letter from Corporation signed by its director(s) stating that the trader has all rights to transact business on behalf of the corporation.

  • Limited Power of Attorney naming the Trading Agent if the director is not trading the account himself. The trading agent should also complete a copy of the last page of the Templer Holdings Trading Agreement, titled "Account Application Form," as well as submit a copy of photo identification.
Important Information:

Please DO NOT send funds until after your account forms have been received and processed by Templer Holdings. A member of the Templer Holdings staff will contact you via email within 48 hours of receiving your account forms.

Please be sure to type or clearly print your e-mail address on the account application form as this will be medium used to contact you following the receipt of the application.

For Joint Accounts, each account holder must sign at the bottom of necessary pages. An additional copy for the customer information page and the account application is required for each account holder of a joint account.


Account Manager Option


If you wish to employ another individual to trade on your behalf, a Limited Power of Attorney Form must be completed indicating the account manager who will be assigned the necessary permissions as the "trading agent." In addition, Templer Holdings requires the account manager to complete the contract information on a copy of the Account Application Form. The Templer Holdings trading platform enables the trading agent to collect a fee on every unit being traded.

Please complete and sign the following form as well as submit photo identification if you intend on having an account manager trade your account.
