How do I open a live account?
In order to open a Live account please go to the "Open a Live Account" page.
I sent the info from the 1st page of the 'Live Account Application' form but I didn’t receive an email with the account opening confirmatiom. What should I do?
Sometimes spam programs may identify our emails as spam. It may help if you change the setting of your spam detection programs. You may try to complete the application form again indicating another email address. If for some reason you cannot complete the application form online, it is possible to download the application form in a .pdf format and complete it offline, which you can then print, sign and send to us via fax or post.
Can I open two or more live accounts? In different currencies?
Yes, you can. If you already have a Templer FX Trader account you can easily open a new Templer FX TRader account by going to a special page to complete your request.
Will you close my live account if it has a zero account balance?
No, we will not. You can have a functioning live account with a zero account balance. Except for newly opened accounts: if you fail to fund your new account it will be automatically closed after 30 days of no funding.
Do you offer swap-free accounts?
Yes, we do. Swap-free accounts incur no interest charges/payments but they do incur commission charges. If you want a swap-free account please open a standard account as explained on the account opening page and choose Muslim Micro(Mini,Standard) option.
Is it possible to access my Live Account from different computers?
Yes. It is possible to log in into your live and/or trading accounts from any computer that has Templer FX Trader platform downloaded. You can even be logged in from different computers simultaneously.
Please be careful with your logins and passwords. If you save your MetaTrader password on a particular PC anyone who has access to it will be able to trade on your account.
Which account type is right for me?
Micro Accounts are designed to help novice traders and traders with no experience of FX whatsoever to make their first step into the market but without taking excessive risks. Micro Accounts are good for experiencing the psychology of risk-taking within reasonable limits because of the cap on volumes that can be traded.
Mini and Standard accounts are designed for experienced traders that plan to make serious trading decisions. Volumes are not capped and there is a minimum trade size in effect.

How can I change my account type?
Close all opened position, delete pending orders and send a request containing your name, login ( or account code) and desireable account type to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
How can I change my password for my live account on Templer FX Trader?
You can change your password in Templer FX Trader:
To change your password in MetaTrader 4, log in and go to the "Tools" menu, click "Options" in the drop-down menu, choose the "Server" tab in the "Options" window and find the "Password" field.
Attention: Your new password should be 5-16 characters and consist of only numbers and upper and lowercase letters of the Latin alphabet. You may not use punctuation marks (i.e. commas, periods, colons, brackets, quotations marks). Keep in mind, your password is case-sensitive!

How soon will my funds be credited to my account ?
Funds received by Debit or Credit Card are normally credited within three hours of receipt. Normally it could take up to 24 hours.
Deposits made using your Debit or Credit card beyond the core business hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm London time may not be credited until the next working day.
Funds received during the day by a Bank Wire will be credited no later than the next Business day, although we strive to credit as many as possible on the day of receipt.

How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?
It depends on the country the money is sent to. Standard bank wire within the EU takes 3 working days. Bank wires to some countries take up to 5 working days.
I have several trading accounts, is it possible to transfer funds between them? Do you charge any commission for this service?
To transfer funds between MetaTrader 4 accounts opened in your name, please use common "Funds Withdrawal Form".
We do not charge any commission for this service and if any currency conversion is required we will use a current spot rate.
Is there a fee for depositing and withdrawing funds?
Depositing funds
Templer FX does not charge anything for depositing and withdrawing funds. Your bank (or payment system) will charge you for carrying out a bank transfer (banks rates may vary).

What do I do if I want to withdraw my money?
Bank wire:You need to complete our withdrawal form and send it to our Back Office department. Your money will be transferred to the bank account that opened in your name.

Can I withdraw my money if I have an open position(s)?
No, you can not.If you do have opened position(s) in your trading account we will not carry out the withdrawal request until you re-submit a withdrawal form and close the open positions in your account.
Which currencies can I use to place a deposit in my trading account?
You can deposit money with us in USD, EUR, GBP and CHF . If you have an account in USD but transfer funding in EUR, the Euros you have sent us will be converted into US Dollars by Templer FX at the prevailing inter-bank price at the time. It is possible to have trading accounts in USD and EUR.
My funds deducted from my Card but not reached my trading account. What should I do?
If your funds were deducted from your Card but not reached your trading account, it means that your transaction is being verified by LiqPAY. In order to have transactions processed instantly it is required to verify your card.
How can I verify my Card?
To verify your card you need to:
- Enter your card details and click "Confirm" button;
- Choose "Card Verification";
- Once card verification option is enabled any random amount from $0,1 to $3,00 will be blocked on your card;
- Confirm exact amount blocked with your Internet-banking, Mobile banking or your bank representatives;
- Enter exact amount which was blocked on your card in the designated field of LiqPAY official site. This amount to be entered without any spaces or separating characters;
In case entered amount is correct your card will be verified and all further payments will be executed instantly.
